Springfest is Park's biggest community event and the Parents' Association's largest fundraiser. All dollars raised are reinvested in the School!

Raffle and Auction Information

Raffle prizes will be on display in the lobby in early May or online. There will be an exciting array of the latest electronics, sports, cool toys, and family experiences.

Raffle Preview

Raffle tickets ($1 per ticket) are being sold in books of 10 and can be purchased online until May 2nd. Your information will be printed on the tickets, saving you time and relief from hand cramping after writing your name over and over! Simply pick up your pre-printed raffle tickets in the lobby during the weeks of May 5th and May 12th and your children can place their tickets into the desired raffle buckets. You will also able to purchase additional tickets in the lobby at these times.

There are always raffle tickets on sale at Springfest, so be sure to bring cash or a checkbook.

Yes, you can buy raffle tickets online before the event or in the lobby 2 weeks prior to Springfest.

You will be able to start previewing select items on April 17th and the entire auction catalog will available beginning April 25th online.

Auction booklets will be sent home in children's backpacks in early May and newly admitted families will receive them in the mail. More copies will also be available in the lobby and at the front desk. At Springfest, head to the auction tent to see items up close and to enter your bids.

This year there will be an online auction that runs from May 4th at 6am to May 15th at 10pm on select items and you can start donating to select PA initiatives and WISHLIST item. There will be some offerings that you will not want to miss that will be part of the online auction only!

Simply go online here and click on the “Register To Bid” link in the upper right corner. You will be asked to create a username and password as well as provide credit card information. Then select the item that you are interested in and follow the instructions on the screen to submit your bid. Note: you have the ability to bid an exact amount which will be applied immediately. You will be notified by email if you are outbid. As a reminder, the online portion of the auction runs from May 4th to May 15th.

Most items will transition to the Silent Auction at Springfest under the tent with the highest bid at close of online auction will open up the bidding at 12pm on May 18th. The highest bid received online will open up the bidding at this event. You will want to check in at the auction tent throughout the day to ensure that someone else is not outbidding you on your favorite item.

Bidding will close between 2:45 and 3:15 pm depending on the category.

Auction items will be released following payment by check or credit card.

If you are not able to attend the auction, you should use the absentee bidding feature online starting on May 4th at 6 am through May 15th at 10pm. Select the item that you want to bid on and in the My Bid box specify your maximum bid you are willing to pay - selecting Up to this amount field below the bidding box. The system will bid for you as prompted by other bids. You will be notified if your maximum bid is outbid. When we transition to the live auctions, we will have representatives on hand to take your maximum bid to the live event for further bidding. You can submit and increase your maximum bid only until the Online Auction close of 10 pm on May 15th.
